musical.ly’s platform works with an automatic anti-spam system that could be triggered for a number of reasons. This is why we do not encourage users to upload profile pictures that contain musical.ly’s logo or crown. Furthermore, descriptions that contain the key words “free feature/fan/crown” will also trigger our anti-spam system.
Additionally, posting a large amount of likes and comments within a short period of time will disable the account from certain permissions for a period of 3 days.
If you receive an “Access Suspended for This Account” notification and believe it’s a mistake, please email your username (musername) along with any relevant information regarding the usage of the account in question to firstname.lastname@example.org (you may find it in the profile page of our app, below your profile picture, shown as “@xxxxx”). We will unlock your account manually once the information provided has been verified by our team.
